What do we refer to the site as OATS, OATSoft?

Site content should be added into the CMS where possible

Open formats are preffered for uploaded content (text, Open Office) When adding docs to Plone, avoid spaces in the short name. Use CamelCase for consistency.

Stick to xhtml format, avoiding tags like fonts, and using proper closing braces on br (<br/>)
