User Requirements

We need to do some work to gather together user requirements for assistive software (AT). Specifically, what is the most popular AT software and resources, what are users perceptions of current offerings, how does this match to what is available through OS?

Perhaps people who know more can fill some links and data in here. This could become a portal on the site.
