distinguish between FOSS and non-FOSS

However those I looked at are non-FOSS and that reminded me that we were going to clearly separate non-FOSS. However there is nothing in project entries to indicate license. Did this get dropped or is it just a matter of adding it (if so can it be made compulsory)?
