WebbIE makes surfing the Internet easy. It lets you read web pages as simple text, and navigate them with the arrow keys. You can easily fill in forms, hear a summary of page content and list the links, and copy and paste web page information to your own computer.

Hi, I'm Alasdair King, the WebbIE developer. Don't use the OATSOFT package, it's four years old and out-of-date. Get the latest one from http://www.webbie.org.uk.

Thanks for the comment, and sorry for the outdated version information and link. OATSoft has been sleeping for quite some time - until now when some updating has been initiated after the move to its new server home etc.
