OATS Comment
Given it is free, this is a very good magnifier with features you would expect from a professional magnifier. In addition, it was the only magnifier I could find that will work on a second screen (e.g. a small lilliput screen plugged into a laptop)

This software seems to now have been withdrawn, which is a shame. There is a free magnifier on the Issist site, which works through Internet Explorer and a number of paid products.
