System Requirements
- Windows XP Professional or Windows 2000 Professional with SAPI 5.1 Text-to-Speech
- 1gHz processor
- 128MB RAM
- 200 MB Hard disk space
- Headphones or speakers
Note to Windows 2000 users
If you require SAPI 5.1 Text-to-Speech (it does not come with Windows 2000 by default), you can download it here. Note that you will need the latest service pack for Windows 2000 in order to execute this MSI installer file.
Note to Jaws for Windows users
We are preparing scripts which will soon be available here for download.
Note about supported languages
AMIS supports Unicode and should be able to play a variety of content, assuming the correct fonts are installed on your system.
AMIS itself will soon be available in Hindi, Thai, Malay, Sinhala, Japanese, French, and Nepali.
