SAW 5 - Alternative Access to Windows (28/04/06)

Please read this before starting to use SAW 5, this contains some important information

Thank you for beta testing SAW 5.  The following page contains information about the latest download
 of SAW and how to contact us for support and reporting bugs that you find.

Notes

1. If you have a previous version of SAW 5 installed then please uninstall using the
   Remove Program option in Control Panel.
2. Before loading any old Selection Sets into SAW 5 you MUST make a backup.
   If you save a Selection Set in SAW 5 it will no longer work in SAW 4 or SAW 4.5

1. Improves SAW's handling of the graphics library

We have fixed problems when two graphics have the same name.

2. Fixed some of the reliablitiy problems when SAW Designer was running.

The problems were found to be when the Selection Set Viewer had been used, these are now fixed.

3. CTRL+R can now be sent to applications

SAW no longer captures the CTRL+R when SAW sends it to another application

4. New Script Commands

SAW now has the following new script commands,

• DisplayTextOnly - this will change all the items in the current selection set so that if they have text and a graphic then only the text will be displayed.
• DisplayGraphicOnly - this will change all the items in the current selection set so that if they have graphic and text then only the graphic will be displayed
• DisplayTextGraphic - this will change all the items in the current selection set so that if they have text and a graphic that both of them will be displayed.
• SizeToSawBottom - this command takes the filename of the application that you want to move SAW to.  This will move SAW to the bottom of Desktop and then resize the application window to fill the reamaining space.
