How do I link directly to my download file?

Up to table of contents

I want to link to the download file (so that the 'save/run' dialog pops up), where is it?

Using PoweTalk as an example:

Downloads page: http://www.oatsoft.org/Software/PowerTalk/downloads

Download: http://www.oatsoft.org/Software/PowerTalk/downloads/1.2.4/powertalk-1-2-4.exe


HOWEVER, it is best to link to the project page - since this handles version management (i.e. only shows the latest version)...
