Can you recommend a Subversion (SVN) client for Windows?

What's a good way of accessing the OATS subversion servers to check in and out my code?
Tortoise SVN is a great client for windows: http://tortoisesvn.tigris.org .
Tortoise is simple to use, just install it and then find where you want to locate your repository (code store) and then checking code in and out is as simple as right clicking.
